Here at NextGen BJJ we respect and understand that situations can arise unexpectedly, so we’ve created
a reasonable refund policy to accommodate everyone within reason.

The registration fee is 100% refundable.
If you would like to cancel or make any changes you have until the last day of registration to request
a change to your registration or a full refund.

All refunds will be given without cause if the participants email info@nextgenbjj.org before the end of
the day (11:59pm) 7 calendar days before the registration deadline.

Following the deadline for refunds without cause before the tournament if you email with the following
reasons we will happily give you a refund:

1. There is no other participant in the division, after registration check day (please note you cannot ask to be moved from a division with competitors to a division without competitors and be
eligible for a refund).

2. Sudden illness/ injuries with official documentation (notifying us prior to tournament day).
*Please note that ALL REFUNDS will processed after the tournament.
All other WORTHY cases will be accessed on a case by case basis for refund or credit towards a
future tournament (credit being more likely).

Failure to make weight or show up in time for your division at the tournament will not result in a
refund.

Please understand when registering for an event like this that you are required to be present one hour
and a half prior to the release schedule time on the day of the event. We here at NextGen BJJ pride
ourselves on running an organized tournament, but please understand that while we try our best to
avoid running behind schedule, from time to time unexpected factors might delay the start time of your
tournament.
